How to return an item

1. Call or write to us: (099) 381-5288, info@informatica.com.ua.
2. Send the item by Nova Poshta to the address we give you, or bring it to Kyiv, 36 Shchuseva St. (by arrangement).
3. As soon as we receive the item, we refund your money.

Return delivery

• The buyer pays for return delivery. If the item is faulty, we pay.
• You can use Nova Poshta's "Easy Return" service: free return delivery within 14 days of receiving the parcel. Arrange it in the Nova Poshta app.

Refunds

To your bank card, or in cash if you return the item in Kyiv. Usually within 2–3 working days after we receive the item, and no later than 7 days.

Warranty

The warranty term is shown on each product page. If a fault appears, contact us.

Goods on the list approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
