Refund Policy
Return and exchange conditions
1. Return period
You can return or exchange a product within 14 days of purchase (in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights").
2. Product condition
The product must show no signs of use or mechanical damage, and must retain its original appearance, full set of accessories, labels, and factory packaging.
3. Required documents
To process a return, you must provide a receipt or invoice.
Return process
1. Nova Poshta
Returns are processed via Nova Poshta courier service. Shipping costs are paid by the buyer (except in cases of manufacturing defects).
2. Self-pickup (Kyiv)
You can also return the product in person at our office: Kyiv, Shchuseva St., 36 (by prior arrangement).
Refund
1. Refund method
Funds are returned to the buyer's bank card or in cash (when returning in person at our office).
2. Refund timeline
Usually, refunds take from 1 to 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the product by our service department.
Exceptions
Non-returnable items
Please note that some categories of properly-conditioned products are non-returnable according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 (e.g., consumables if the packaging has been opened).
