Detailed description of the design
Uses high-quality nickel-plated connector — resistant to corrosion, temperature extremes, and oxidation. Provides stable data transmission and increased durability. Connector body dimensions: 34.0 × 44.5 mm .
Gold-plated contacts , strong spring-loaded locking latch. Reliable and durable connector. Housing width: 15.2 mm .
Flat cable design – tangle-free, easy to run along walls, floors, or in server rack cable channels. Ideal for neat installation.
The cable consists of three layers:
- Oxygen-free copper core — thick, provides excellent conductivity and minimal signal loss
- Core sheath — insulates and protects each conductor
- PVC sheath — an outer protective layer resistant to mechanical damage
