The thermal conductivity of Zezzio ZT-GXS is 14.8 W/mK, and the density is 2.6 g/cm3. The components of the paste do not conduct electricity, and its heat-conducting particles have a smooth and fine structure, which allows them to fill irregularities and get into the smallest gaps. This ensures a high heat transfer rate and the efficiency of CPU/GPU processors. The paste does not squeeze out and does not flow out from under the radiator even with high pressure of the cooling system.
