Description
Product Overview
The industrial high-performance USB-CAN FD adapter is both a CAN/CAN FD bus communication interface card and a CAN/CAN FD protocol analyzer. The device is equipped with two independent galvanically isolated CAN FD interfaces and protection circuits. It comes with drivers, CAN FD Tools software, examples for secondary development, and educational materials.
It connects to a PC or industrial controller via a USB port to enable receiver/transmitter control, analysis, data acquisition, and monitoring of CAN/CAN FD networks. Its compact size and ease of use make the device ideal for learning, debugging, and integration into industrial, power, and intelligent control systems.
Version Variants

Key Features
Protocol Conversion between USB and CAN/CAN FD
Built-in high-speed USB 2.0 interface and 2 CAN/CAN FD bus channels. Supports bidirectional data transfer; channels operate independently without interference.
Programmable Baud Rate, Automatic Detection
CAN baud rate is configurable from 100 Kbps to 5 Mbps. Supports calculation, automatic detection, and baud rate adjustment via a configuration tool.
Decoding and Analysis of Multiple CAN Protocols
Supports CAN 2.0A, CAN 2.0B, ISO 11898-1, and CAN FD Protocol V.1.0 specification. Standard and extended frames are supported.
Support for Multiple Development Environments
Examples for secondary development are provided for popular platforms: C#, VC, Delphi, Qt, LabVIEW, Python/Python-can.
High-Performance Hardware Solution
Original controller with 32-bit MIPS M4K core, clock speed up to 80 MHz — high performance, stability, and reliability.
Galvanic Isolation and Protection Circuits
High-speed signal isolators and dual DC-DC power isolation are used. Full three-way isolation of USB, CAN1, and CAN2 — enhanced communication safety and stability.
One PC — Multiple Devices Simultaneously
Simultaneous operation of multiple CAN FD analyzers on a single PC is supported without mutual interference — tested with up to 128 devices. Ideal for monitoring multiple CAN networks, data comparison, and verification.
