Industrial Isolated 2-CH RS485 to Ethernet (RJ45) Server
Dual-channel RS485 to Ethernet converter for industrial environments. Both RS485 channels operate simultaneously and independently. Combines the functions of a serial server, Modbus gateway, MQTT gateway, RS485 → JSON converter, and network switch.

Main Function: Transparent Data Transmission
Bi-directional transparent data transmission between RS485 and Ethernet without changes to the protocol.
Multiple Power Options
- Power over PoE Ethernet port* — IEEE 802.3af standard
- Power via screw terminal or DC jack: DC 6–40V (wide range)
* Note: PoE function is only available in the PoE version.
Supports Ethernet Port Cascading
Onboard 2 Ethernet ports for communication and cascading. Either can be used for serial server network communication, while the other can be used for cascading or connecting to other devices.
* Note: Each module in the cascade requires a separate power supply. Module operating current: 12V / 150mA (max). Maximum number of modules in a cascade is 8.

Modbus Gateway Support

MQTT / JSON ↔ Modbus
Flexible conversion between different protocols.
In MQTT gateway mode, the device transmits serial data to the MQTT server via transparent transmission. Supported servers include: Baidu Cloud MQTT, Alibaba Cloud MQTT, China Mobile OneNet, etc. Modbus RTU data or non-standard serial data can be parsed into JSON format and encapsulated into an MQTT packet for uploading.
In JSON data acquisition gateway mode, the device connects to measuring instruments via RS485, automatically collects data, converts it to JSON, and sends it to the server. Supported protocols include: Modbus RTU, 645 instruments (versions 97 and 07), and various non-standard RS485 protocols. The upload format is customizable via the host; MQTT, HTTP POST, and HTTP GET protocols are supported.

Different network devices are identified and receive responses separately — without cross-interference when operating with multiple network devices.

NTP Protocol Support
Obtains network time for output via serial port or data upload.

Supports configuration via web browser, dynamic IP address acquisition via DHCP, connection to domain server via DNS protocol.
Multi-level Protection — Reliable and Stable
Built-in power and signal isolation provides stable isolation voltage with high reliability and anti-interference. Built-in TVS (transient voltage suppression) effectively suppresses surges and transient peak voltages — protection against lightning and ESD. Built-in self-recovering fuse and protection diode ensure stable current and voltage output, protection against overcurrent and overvoltage.
