MQTT / JSON ↔ Modbus

MQTT/JSON to Modbus

In MQTT gateway mode, the device transmits serial data to the MQTT server via transparent transmission. Supported servers include: Baidu Cloud MQTT, Alibaba Cloud MQTT, China Mobile OneNet, etc. Modbus RTU data or non-standard serial data can be parsed into JSON format and encapsulated into an MQTT packet for uploading.

In JSON data acquisition gateway mode, the device connects to measuring instruments via RS485, automatically collects data, converts it to JSON, and sends it to the server. Supported protocols include: Modbus RTU, 645 instruments (versions 97 and 07), and various non-standard RS485 protocols. The upload format is customizable via the host; MQTT, HTTP POST, and HTTP GET protocols are supported.
